ATNOM Group, through Tehnomir SRL, is building a 15 MW green hydrogen plant in Bihor County, Romania, co-funded by the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility.
The project combines a 15 MW photovoltaic system with advanced PEM electrolysis, creating one of Romania’s first fully renewable, zero-emission hydrogen hubs.
The facility will produce ultra-pure hydrogen for industry and clean mobility, featuring automated control, on-site storage, and expansion capacity up to 30 MW.
The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
